Following the completion of his studies in 1980 Mark joined Haymarket Publishing as a salesman. In 1982 he moved to the International Bulk Journal as Advertisment Manager overseeing all commodities including Coal, Grain, Fertilizers, Cement and Iron Ore. In 1989 he had a short and highly illuminating stay with Bob Findlay at Findlay Publications in the UK, covering the European Manufacturing Industry.

In October 1989 Mark launched Coal Services International with the first directory covering the international coal market, ‘The International Coal Encyclopedia’.  In 1997 Mark began the first ever interactive CD-Rom ‘ICE’ and the product has evolved ever since with customer support to the new c.linker that is available today.

In addition to owning Coal Services, Mark operates the highest quality Japanese Koi Carp import business in Ireland.

Niamh Fay
ICCC Forum Coordinator

Niamh Fay has extensive experience in Administration, having worked for a number of high profile companies.  During a career spanning over 15 years Niamh has held senior corporate and project roles within varied companies from a high profile Venture Capital Investment Firm, and an Engineering Consultancy Firm to an EU VAT Reclamation Organisation. 

Niamh holds a Personnel Management Diploma along with a Business Linked Commercial Diploma.

Siobhán O’Donoghue
Research Manager

Siobhán was appointed to this position in December 2008 and is responsible for the update and maintenance of c.linkr data.  She is in contact with buyers and sellers from around the world, on a daily basis.

Siobhán has 7 years experience in the Travel Industry, many of these years she has spent travelling the world.

She has accomplished her advanced Diploma in Travel and Tourism.

Paul Forrester
Sales Manager

Paul joined Coal Services International to look after the sales of c.linkr. In addition to managing sales, Paul's role will have an emphasis on helping c.linkr subscribers to derive the maximum value from the program.

Paul's sales career to date focused mainly in the I.T. and media industries working for such high profile companies as Microsoft, Independent News & Media and Golden Pages Ireland.

Paul holds a Higher Diploma in Business & Management Studies.
